START SERVICE - OPEN AN ACCOUNT
Applicants are required to fill out an Application Form, and provide all information as prescribed below. When scheduling water service, plan 24 hours in advance. New service requests made after 3:00 P.M. will not be changed until the following business day.
- Date of application.
- Location of premises to be served.
- Purpose for which service is to be used.
- Address to which bills are to be mailed or delivered.
- Home and/or office telephone numbers.
- Whether applicant is owner, tenant or agent for the premises.
- If owner - Verification of Property Ownership.
- If tenant - owner's name, address and telephone number, and you will need to provide a signed Owner/Tenant Service Affidavit.
STOP SERVICE - CLOSE AN ACCOUNT
To stop your Water Service please call Customer Service at (562) 692-3756. You will be asked to provide the following information.
- Customer name
- Email (if available)
- Account number
- Service address
- Contact phone
- Forwarding address
- Date service is to be stopped
