Safety Alert! We’ve received several calls recently about people claiming to be water company employees showing up at homes and asking to go inside to test the water. Pico Water District staff WILL NOT ask to enter a home to test the water.
If someone asks to enter your home to test or sample the water, you should not let them inside. Instead, you should report the incident to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department at (562) 949-2421.
