Pico Water District is considering a new ordinance to establish regulations and penalties related to water theft. Ordinance 66 will be considered at the Board of Directors Meeting on Tuesday, December 9, at 5:30 p.m. at the Pico Water District offices at 4843 Church Street in Pico Rivera.
